Mini-Genre Labels & Posters

As I commented in an earlier post, I'm going to be teaching Language Arts for the first time this year! Although I know many of my colleagues organize their books according to genre, I never felt the need to organize my classroom books that way because I was teaching science & social studies.  However, switching subjects has prompted me to change my views, so I created Mini-Genre Labels & Posters for my book bins that I'll be using over the next few weeks.  There are 16 different labels and they come in two different sizes and colors.  Click on the picture below if you want to snag a set for yourself.

  1. Erica,
I absolutely LOVE teaching Language Arts- I never thought I'd say that but I do!! I started working on doing Interactive Notebooks in Language Arts this year... If you look up Erin Cobb (imlovinlit.blogspot.com) her TpT store has GREAT interactive notebook resources... I think it'll be great! I absolutely LOVE your blog as well.... yours is totally cuter than mine. Apparently my graphic design skills have gotten horribly rusty since HS!

    Middle School Love,
